Been kinda keeping with the healthy these past few days... if I had rice during lunch, then I won't eat a heavy dinner... or something to that effect...
Haven't really had much binging too... yay me!!
Also, been avoiding rice too... mostly having mihun kuey tiaw... or some kind of noodle soup... :)

The weekend was totally un-healthy. The weather was hot and I had to do physical stuff so i drank a lot of sugary stuff... sigh...
Food was also of the not healthy kind. Even the veggies were cooked in butter. Sigh...
Today was no exception. I really need to get my act together...

Still a bad day.
I had mee goreng basah for lunch. Then at 4pm, I had a club sandwich. Then at 7pm, I had fried rice with ayam goreng McD... sigh
I was on the bendi diet before this and it worked nice. I was losing weight and my sugar-y cravings were under control... but it made me break out in hives or lesions or something... so I had to stop to clear it... sigh..

This is a bad week for me.
Been taking cabs instead of schlepping it via LRT and walking.
Been having lotsa sugary drinks.
Although I am eating at least one apple a day and plenty of sugar free peanut butter, I dun think that covers it... sigh...
Hopefully tomorrow will be a healthier day...

Diet Tips
I came across this article on how to curb appetite... I could sure use the tips coz my appetite AKA cravings is getting worse and all I wanna do is eat...
Eggs, Almonds, Avocados, Apples, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter.
Yay, I like eggs for breakfast. And I like the article's suggestion of eating apple slices dipped in peanut butter. The sugar free kind I guess... :)
